How do I make Lemonade out of this one?

Normally my posts are about happy feelings and appreciation. Today we buried my cousin who ended his own life at the age of 44. It was a very moving ceremony attended by lots of people who cared about him from friends, family and coworkers. So, how does one make lemonade out of this tragedy?

For someone to end their own life, there must be excruciating pain and so I guess I'm happy that my cousin's pain has ended. He is definitely more at peace than when he was here with us, so for that I am grateful.

I am grateful for my loving family that was deeply moved and bond together to help my aunt get through this devastating time.

We know my cousin is in a better place and for that I'm grateful. I am grateful to have had a very calm and tranquil life and to not battle mental illness. I am very thankful for my healthy peace of mind and though life isn't always a bowl of cherries, I have wonderful support to get me through anything.

May be cousin rest in peace....for that I am thankful.
